Orange Juice Smoothie

2/3 cup  Orange Juice
1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes
3/4 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt (or your favourite yogurt)
1 medium frozen banana, sliced
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup Almond milk
1 cup ice cubes

Blend well.
Serves 2.

  1. Made it this morning. Quite nice, but I’ll add more ice or milk next time – just a little too thick for my liking.Nourishing contents – should keep us satisfied for a while!
