Bacon Mac and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups milk
2 cups shredded marble cheese , divided
1 pkg  bacon , chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Cook pasta according to package directions but reduce cooking time by 2 min. Drain.

Heat half the butter over medium heat in the same saucepan, stirring for 5 to 8 min, sprinkle evenly with flour. Cook for 2 min. Slowly whisk in milk until smooth. While stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 to 12 min or until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in 1 ½ cups cheese and prepared macaroni.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, about 10 to 12 min. Add all except ¼ cup bacon to pasta mixture; stir to combine.

Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. (33 x 23 cm) baking dish. Top with remaining bacon and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden.

Easy Oven Baked Meatball Sub

Oven Baked Meatball Sub

Ingredients:

Sandwich rolls (cut with one side intact)
Cooked Meatballs (your favorite recipe or frozen, pre-made meatballs)
Pasta Sauce (homemade or jarred)
Shredded Cheese

Directions:

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place your frozen cooked meatballs or homemade cooked meatballs in a large pot
Cover with your pasta sauce and reheat
Fill a roll with as many meatballs as you can fit (usually 4-5 meatballs)
Place filled sandwich rolls closely on baking sheet.
Top each sandwich with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted, hot, and bubbly.

Taco Pasta Bake

1 box of Your Favourite Macaroni and Cheese
1 lb. (450 g) Extra-Lean Ground Beef
1 pkg. (35 g) Taco Seasoning Mix
3/4 cup Sour cream
1-1/2 cups Shredded Marble Cheese, divided
1/2 cup Salsa
1 Diced Tomato

Heat oven to 400°F.

Prepare Macaroni and Cheese Dinner as directed on package. While macaroni is cooking, cook meat with taco seasoning mix.(season as desired)

Stir sour cream into prepared Dinner; spoon half into 8-inch square baking dish. Top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup shredded cheese and remaining Dinner mixture.

Top with salsa, diced tomato and remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese; bake, covered, 15 min. or until melted.

Cheeseburger Soup 

Serves 6

Ingredients

6 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp sea salt
head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 small onion, chopped
450 grams lean ground beef
1/2 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

Combine 6 cups of broth and cauliflower into large saucepan; cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook 15-20 min, or until cauliflower is tender.

Meanwhile, add butter to medium pan over medium-high heat. Cook the onion, stirring until golden.

Crumble in ground beef and cook thoroughly.

Stir in salt, paprika and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

Transfer the cauliflower and broth to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
Return to the saucepan.

Whisk in cheese just until it melts. Remove from heat and stir in the reserved meat mixture.

Serve and garnish with cheese and pickles

Taco Pizza

6 Ingredients

1 Crust (store bought)
500g or 1lb lean ground beef
Taco seasoning
1 can tomato paste
Shredded Tex Mex cheese
2 Diced tomatoes

Instructions

Store bought thin crust pizza shell- I am always about making things easier!
Cook 500g or 1 pound lean ground beef add taco seasoning to your liking

Dice 2 tomatoes

Spread tomato paste on pizza crust.
Now add your cheese
Followed by cooked taco meat
Top with diced tomato

Bake according to crust instructions

Turkey Kolbassa with Broccoli and Gluten Free Pasta Casserole

Ingredients:

450 grams gluten free spaghetti
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup gluten free flour
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups milk
3/4 cup shredded marble cheese
2 cups broccoli
1 shredded carrot
1 (16 ounce) turkey kolbassa sausage, cubed

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Whisk in flour, dry mustard, and black pepper; cook until smooth, about 2 minutes. Whisk in milk, a little at a time, and bring white sauce to a boil. Cook for 1 minute, whisking constantly, to make a smooth, thick sauce. Whisk 3/4 cup marble cheese into sauce until melted.
4. Stir spaghetti, broccoli, carrot and kolbassa sausage into the sauce and transfer to a 3-quart casserole dish.5. Bake in the preheated oven until casserole is heated through, about 20 minutes.
