Orange Juice Smoothie
2/3 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes
3/4 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt (or your favourite yogurt)
1 medium frozen banana, sliced
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup Almond milk
1 cup ice cubes
Blend well.
Serves 2.
Makes 1 or 2 smoothies
1/4 cup of crushed raw almonds
1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
3/4 cup of greek vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp of raw cacao powder
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 cup of light coconut milk
Water, just enough for desired consistency
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend until all mixed together
