My mom was into natural remedies before they were trending, pinned or #naturalremedy. I was exposed to Edgar Cayce at the age of twelve. Edgar Cayce was an American psychic who seemed to answer questions on many subjects such as natural healing remedies and beauty aids.
Here are the remedies I use – just make sure you do not have allergies or sensitivities!
Best Astringents : menthol, camphor, witch hazel, very cold water
Best Soaps : Ivory or pure castile
Cleansing treatment : 2 parts – camphorated oil, 1 part witch hazel, 1 part Russian white oil

It looks easy, for some lucky individuals, it is. For years I have been hoping for consistent good night sleep, its like searching for the Holy Grail! I have tried honey or warm vanilla milk before bed. They are suppose to boost melatonin, a sleep promoter. Sometimes they work. Most recently before bed I have been drinking a smoothie that contains cherries. I have learned cherries have multiple benefits, one being it is a source of melatonin. I have been sleeping well! So here it is:
1 Cup of Tart Cherry Juice (sometimes I use black cherry juice)
1/2 Cup Light Vanilla Soya Milk
Some Ice Cubes
