Baked Kale Chips



OK , part of the New Year Resolution is weight loss!! I’m on the bandwagon…..I am really enjoying this superfood snack! Try it, I was surprised how much we enjoy this superfood! So far I have lost 7lbs! Just needed to brag a little.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Ready In: 20 Minutes
Servings: 6
1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F  
2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
3. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.


Prosciutto and Buffalo Mozzarella


This is just so easy and presented well.

Thinly sliced prosciutto
Sliced Buffalo Moarella
Plate it accordingly!
So good, so easy!! Enjoy!

Radish Pumpernickel Brushchetta


Toasted slice of pumpernickel
Spread whipped chive cream cheese
Top with sliced up radishes
Sprinkle with black pepper

Shrimp Cocktail


Shrimp are a wonderful seafood delicacy. Their meat is delicate and sweet, they take only a few minutes to cook, and presentation is never a problem with a half of a lemon

Use raw, deveined, tail on shrimp
Bring salted watered to a boil
Drop in shrimp for 3-4 minutes or until pink!
Drain and add cold water immediately
