Its been quite a while since I have posted on this site.
In spite of covid and lockdowns, I have been busy operating a small Canadian business, which seems to be outlasting lockdowns and covid 19. Here it is https://thirdfloorstuff.com/ but enough of self promotion, not the purpose of this post
When this third lockdown (in Ontario) was announced. I needed something to get me through it.
So every morning I move my stationary bike in front of the smart tv, and open YouTube and search virtual bike tours (now I don’t have too, it recommends bike tours, which is a wonderful surprise) Turn off the lights and emmerse myself.
I have posted on Facebook everyday- a travel diary, I suppose. I have virtually toured over 40 cities and biked over 600kms. It’s been great. Some cities are on my bucket list. Some I probably will not get too so those tours were really interesting. Some cities are now on my amended bucket list.
Our world is stunning and beautiful
Some of my friends have statred biking as well. I will include some of the links below. Enjoy!

My mom was into natural remedies before they were trending, pinned or #naturalremedy. I was exposed to Edgar Cayce at the age of twelve. Edgar Cayce was an American psychic who seemed to answer questions on many subjects such as natural healing remedies and beauty aids.
Here are the remedies I use – just make sure you do not have allergies or sensitivities!
Best Astringents : menthol, camphor, witch hazel, very cold water
Best Soaps : Ivory or pure castile
Cleansing treatment : 2 parts – camphorated oil, 1 part witch hazel, 1 part Russian white oil
There are many more if interested refer to related articles.
I do not like weeds. Nothing, will sell me on the beauty of weeds. However, I do not believe in dangerous poisons to kill them and potentially harm people. My husband purchased Natural Weed Killer and it does the job but it is expensive.
Tried, tested and true – this formula will kill weeds at a fraction of the cost!
4 CUPS OF VINEGAR
1/4 CUP OF SALT
2 TSP OF DISHWASHING LIQUID
It looks easy, for some lucky individuals, it is. For years I have been hoping for consistent good night sleep, its like searching for the Holy Grail! I have tried honey or warm vanilla milk before bed. They are suppose to boost melatonin, a sleep promoter. Sometimes they work. Most recently before bed I have been drinking a smoothie that contains cherries. I have learned cherries have multiple benefits, one being it is a source of melatonin. I have been sleeping well! So here it is:
1 Cup of Tart Cherry Juice (sometimes I use black cherry juice)
1/2 Cup Light Vanilla Soya Milk
Some Ice Cubes
So good, so Ezzzzzzzasy!
