Taco Pasta Bake

1 box of Favourite Macaroni and Cheese
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (35 g) taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups shredded Marble Cheese, divided
1/2 cup salsa
1 Diced Tomato

Heat oven to 400°F.

Prepare Macaroni and Cheese Dinner as directed on package. While Macaroni is cooking, cook meat with taco seasoning mix.

Stir sour cream into prepared Dinner; spoon half into 8-inch square baking dish. Top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup shredded cheese and remaining Dinner mixture.

Top with salsa, diced tomato and remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese; bake, covered, 15 min. or until melted.

Pizza Casserole

Ingredients
1 bag of egg noodles
1 jar of tomato sauce
3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 package of pepperoni

Instructions
1.Brown the meat and drain the grease.
2.Boil Noodles until soft. Drain the water.
3.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
4.In a 9×13 casserole dish, first, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom.
5.Second layer half of the noodles over the sauce. Then half of the meat and the rest of the noodles.
6.Next layer half of the cheese, the remaining meat, the rest of the sauce, and then the remaing cheese.
7.Last top with pepperoni
8.Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
9.Take it out of oven and let if sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

Easy Taco Casserole

Ingredients
1 packet of taco seasoning, add to taste
1 can of black beans
1 cup of frozen corn
tortilla chips
1 cup shredded marble cheese divided
1 cup shredded Monterey jack divided

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease. Stir salsa, onion,  black beans, corn and seasoning into the beef. Remove from heat.
  • Spread about half the ground beef mixture into the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Spread about half the tortilla chips in a layer atop the beef mixture. Layer about half of each of the marble and Monterey Jack cheeses over the tortilla chip layer. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, ending with Monterey Jack cheese. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in preheated oven until the cheese is melted in the middle, about 30 minutes.
  • Penne with Italian Turkey Sausage

    Ingredients

    1 lb turkey sausage
    1 lb penne
    1 jar(s) spaghetti sauce
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 onion, chopped (optional)
    1 cup of favourite frozen vegetable

    Directions

    1. Cook turkey sausage until thoroughly cooked.

    2. Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces and set aside.

    3. Prepare penne according to package.

    4. Place a small amount of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of your casserole dish; add cooked penne, sausage, onion and frozen vegetable

    5. Pour remaining sauce into the casserole; add mozzarella to the mixture and thoroughly blend all ingredients together, then top with more mozzarella.

    6. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is slightly melted and lightly browned

    – Serve with a nice green salad and bread.

    Easy Chicken Enchiladas Casserole

    In a mixing bowl combine
    2 cups diced cooked chicken
    1 cup of corn
    2 tomatoes diced
    1 can of cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup of salsa

    add a scoop of mixture to 12″ flour tortillas
    top with salsa and shredded tex mex cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    Bake for 20-30 minutes

    Chicken and Spinach Noodle Casserole


    Every family member enjoyed so I thought I would pass it on!!

    Serves 8
    Prep time: 20m
    Total Time: 40m

    Ingredients
    6 tablespoons unsalted butter
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    4 cups whole milk
    1 cup sour cream
    kosher salt and black pepper
    12 ounces egg noodles
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    2 cups shredded cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken
    5 ounces baby spinach, chopped

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 400° F. Melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour. Slowly whisk in the milk. Bring to a simmer and cook, whisking often, until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in the sour cream, 1 teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.

    2. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package directions; drain and return them to the pot.

    3. Add the milk mixture, chicken, and spinach, to the noodles and toss to combine. Transfer to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, sprinkle with the bread crumbs, and drizzle with the melted butter.

    4. Bake until the bread crumbs are golden and the filling is bubbling, around 8 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
